Was it illegal? The DC Jurors ruled that the NWS was a violation by the US Government, acting in its capacity as the Conservator, of the implied contract of good faith and fair dealing between the Shareholders and their Corporations and have awarded the Shareholders a small pittance of the harm inflicted on them (less Attorney Fees and Court Costs).

According to Collins, Uncle Suggy under HERA can Nationalize their Conservatees under the Incidental Powers provision since it's in the best interests of the FHFA and by extension the public it serves.

So here, you have 2 federal agencies (the UST and FHFA) that have completed a defacto Nationalization of 2 Private Companies and claim that it was to Wind Down the GSES.

Was it Constitutional? Did it violate the Major Questions Doctrine?
