Okay, here's the deal:

Despite any objections, I'm taking an informal share count, to minimize board clutter and maintain privacy, all counts should be e-mailed to the address below. I'll take responses until 12:00 noon CST on Wed. 2/28. All those who send responses will get back an e-mail with the # of responding shareholders and total # of shares. If you don't send your counts, I won't send the total, and the total won't be posted on the board, only a message that the totals have been sent out.
