I said it before and I’ll say it again Sarge:

The PPS says it all. The PPS is a reflection of the confidence Mr. Market has in Chan, IGEN, and what lies ahead.

Still think it can pop to, say, .0007 before the RS, but this is unlikely.

Once the RS happens, the first day of trading will telegraph which direction it’s going.

Anything is possible, but the likeliest path is a “rinse/repeat”.
