Can you explain this to me?

By using the support of Wallstreet Investment banks they shorted and went long at the same time and just showed a net short position for both strategies well under the legal reporting threshold of 5%.

But they,

took a 15% ownership

I just need the 15% explained from the Long and Short positions.
Is that what the After hour trades are?
