Eddie's full of crap...IMO all this merger/acquisition/roll up/ audit/ NASDAQ nonsense is a last gasp pump-and-dump ploy. Frankly I think he's going to be forced to either (a) liquidate these tickers or (b) come up with at least 50% of their value in cold hard cash to give to his soon-to-be ex-wife at their divorce trial in January. I don't know what his clapped out tickers would be worth to a company looking to go public on the cheap but they were apparently acquired during their marriage and, thus, are community property. Then again, that assumes that Eddie actually "owns" these tickers rather than fronting them as a straw owner in exchange for a cut of the scam.
