Appears the company is financed by this note, but it’s very possible conversions become ownership to these financiers. There is no proof they’re selling the note to the public. The mining connection to China here is interconnected. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Chinese are partially if not mostly behind the note. Western nations want to see audited fins and sec reporting before they’ll finance a company to this extent. Eastern nations appear to be more focused on the resources in the ground. Just my opinion.
