I understand what you are saying; my point being is that once the supply is bought up because more shareholders with large holdings will soon be in the picture. The pps must then go up. It will not stay this low forever. Just need to wait. Whether a company has a trillion shares or 10.000 shares, if there are enough shareholders the pps will go higher.
