280E Recapture. If 280 e happens, I read it is possible to recapture all monies paid in the past under 280e upon exit. Does this mean that a 100 million dollar purchase would be reduced by the recapture..........or would the seller get the 100 million plus the recapture? This could create a selling / buying frenzy either way. How does an investor play this either way? Any guesses?
