Real-Time Reality.

Personally, what this ticker used to be is no concern of mine.

What it is currently does interest me quite a bit though.

WNFT is an SEC reporting, fully audited ticker that is currently in the middle of a civil appeal over abandoned/disregarded shares that were legitimately canceled by the lower court. That decision/cancellation was upheld a second time after a motion for reconsideration was filed. I use the terms "abandoned/disregarded" because the plaintiff in the case Warwick Calasse showed no interest in said shares until George Sharp brought value to the company (ie - WNFT - An SEC reporting, audited ticker).

George Sharp took control of GOFF (now WNFT) from David Lazar-Custodian Ventures LLC in June of 2021 because of (at least partially) a 90,000 dollar judgement owed to Sharp by Lazar. Prior, Lazar had been legally appointed custodian of Goff Corp back in July of 2020.

So I say again:

Personally, what this ticker used to be is no concern of mine.
..... What it is currently does interest me quite a bit though:

WNFT is an SEC reporting, audited ticker that is currently in the middle of a court case that in its final days (certainly by comparison to time elapsed already)

Calasse has just over 3 weeks to file his final reply brief (plus 2 more weeks if an extension is filed).

There is a strong possibility that the court will move much quicker from here on out per their order to reinstate briefing on 5-12-2023.
In other words, they have already reviewed an abundance of briefs/documents/arguments from both sides (prior to reinstating briefing 5-12-2023) and now they are left with the final briefs, the last of which are due by October 9th.

In short, they are already familiar with the case and there isn't much of anything new for them to review based on the last set of briefs/flings from both camps.

I doubt that Calasse's team will submit anything but a rehash of previous filings (by the Oct 9th deadline).

Along with factual documented information, my opinions above were derived from the minds/opinions of the many ~ Real life legal professionals~ that I see on a daily basis... One of them Ive been sleeping with for 14 years (My wife, that lucky girl).

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
