Just confirms Adam's resignation and Roy's appointments.

Only interesting in the fact that these things are now officially filed with the SEC and were officially effective as of Sept. 11, 2023.

Now I can understand why there has been no news or posts from VNTH until these changes were officially announced via an SEC 8-K filing.
