North Bay Resources identifies potential of major gold deposit at Fran Project

North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the discovery of a significant mass tonnage gold deposit at the Fran Gold Project, following an extensive review of prior exploration work. This includes data from diamond drilling campaigns between 2001 and 2018, as well as geochemical, geophysical, and 3D modeling analyses. Key findings reveal that past drilling—totaling over 18,000 meters—intersected large gold-bearing zones, with notable intercepts of up to 149 meters (489 feet) at 0.95 grams per tonne (g/t) gold. The identified deposit spans over 1,000m x 100m x 300m within a known strike length of 1,700m, indicating an exploration potential of 79.5 million tonnes, with an average grade of 0.8 g/t gold, translating to a potential 2 million ounces. Lazerson stated that there is now sufficient data to proceed with a NI 43-101 Compliant Mineral Resource Estimate. Historically, exploration at Fran focused on high-grade vein targets for underground mining, leaving the bulk tonnage potential largely unexplored. However, North Bay's latest review has shifted its strategy, incorporating both high-grade surface material for processing at its Bishop Gold Mill and ongoing evaluation of the mass tonnage gold deposit for future large-scale mining opportunities. Nevis Brands doubles revenue in 2024, cuts losses & expands in key Markets

When excluding interest, depreciation, and amortization, the adjusted loss was reduced to about $58,000. Nevis maintained its leading position in Washington’s cannabis beverage market and achieved the second-best sales ranking in Missouri within its first year in that state. The company also made significant progress in debt reduction, cutting current liabilities from $1.12 million to about $573,000 through debt payments and restructuring. Looking ahead to 2025, Nevis expects continued growth driven by expanding sales of its Happy Apple and Major brands in the hemp-derived THC beverage market. The company also looking for market re-entry in Ohio and Arizona following previous licensing and market shifts. How Beforepay’s AI model drives strong returns

Beforepay Group Ltd Finance Manager Shreya Prakash talked with Proactive about the company’s dual focus on domestic consumer lending and enterprise software through its Carrington Labs division. She explained that Beforepay’s core product—a pay advance offering—provides short-term loans with a fixed 5% fee and no hidden costs, aiming to support Australians with transparent and ethical lending. Prakash said, “The most common reason people borrow from us is not because they want to go for a vacation... but to tide them over that short-term cash flow pinch.” She highlighted that this flagship product, launched in 2020, remains central to the business and differentiates itself through its ethical model and efficient cost structure. Prakash noted that the company is writing around 40,000 loans with just 50 staff, underlining a strong operational efficiency.
