No there definitely aren’t a ton of cheaper oil companies, but I’m saying cheap not cheaper. I think the news justifies the price. This is a value destroying move which makes one wonder what the next value destroying move will be.

I’m a fan of CRLFF. I get paid nearly a 10% monthly dividend with almost no debt. Extra oil revenues are going to flow straight into my pocket. Some of that is my preference for cash flow, but if they did an off your rocker equity acquisition at a substantial premium to the share price I would drop that too. This deal was VERY shareholder unfriendly so the reaction is not surprising. It may recover from here, but I don’t get in bed with management or women that are likely to stab me in my sleep.
