If she was articulate at all it would have read more like:

Recieving lots of quesitons about Alkaline 88, yes they are having some internal issues. We are locking in our current contracts while exploring what additional territories can be covered. We are also seeking to expand our customer base, including the distilled water market for when our equipment installation is complete.

Unfortunately we are stuck with what was said and the reaction was fairly predictable.
