They have no intention of staying on the OTC and have every intention of getting onto the NASDAQ. In order to do that they have to do a reverse split. There is no way around that. The share structure is awful. My theory though is that they will be doing a share reduction and will continue to pump the price up until it gets around a dollar then do a reverse split so that the price ends up somewhere around $50 For NASDAQ. Nothing more than a theory, but seems to be a pretty strategic thing for them to do.
