The other question it raises is why are the officers selling so much so fast in Pal? One would like to see corp employees buying their stock or getting favorable compensation deals based on years of holdings. Not so fast that the shares barely settled in the account.

I totally agree with you regarding the wife's selling shares crossing the Chinese Wall (are we still allowed to use that term?). Who sells right before you know you're going to win a lawsuit?!!
Of course the company needs money to pay legal fees (I probably should look into whether or not they are actually paying any lawyer).
However, if so, I've seen this play before. Get the common shareholders to pay your bills, then don't share any potential return with them.
I'm a bit surprised the SEC isn't sniffing on this one.

Just my opinion, of course.
