I'm buying BBRW now. Still waiting to buy more shares here. The only reason I jumped in earlier than normal was because I thought that hospitality deal was going to go through and the tap room should have opened. I'm here for the long haul and I don't expect any RS to have any long-term negative consequences as it should be just for a share structure change only and not as a ploy to raise a bunch more money via convertible debt.

Steady profits in the future should turn this company around, IMO, but that looks like around 3-6 months away. We should have been swimming in 5 months of summertime profits by now, but the tap room has been well-delayed from the anticipated spring opening.
