Any of you long-time OTC traders know what these mean? It can't just be an MM testing their computer system or using one share trade's to stabilize the SP.
Have you seen this before and does it have any meaning? (Chances are, there is nothing to it. However, I am just leaning on your wisdom here to find out.)
