Past history shows a nice bump up or run bouncing off of .04. Nobody got .03's today. There were like 10k .039's at the open, and even less than that in .0395 prints in the afternoon

MM's shake the trees, bored retail sells. When it gets down to .04, mm's take (nearly) all of them. lol. This is a GDVM repeat here! :)
