Romeo Power was acquired by Nikola in 2022 - so how did Mullen acquire the assets unless they are worthless.

"October 14, 2022 — Nikola Corporation (Nasdaq: NKLA) (“Nikola”), a provider of zero-emissions transportation and energy infrastructure solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Romeo Power, Inc. (“Romeo”).

“We are pleased to complete the acquisition of Romeo and look forward to executing on the opportunities ahead,” said Michael Lohscheller, Nikola’s President. “The acquisition of Romeo will enhance Nikola’s capabilities, allowing us to vertically integrate in an effort to accelerate product development and improve performance for our customers. Today’s milestone further solidifies our commitment to transforming the transportation industry.”"

So how is this possible?

Did Nikola discover the Romeo Assets are worthless?

Mullen shareholders believe everything Michery says without verifying anything.

When doing real DD - you look at the press releases and 8-Ks and verify everything - but Mullen shareholders believe everything Michery says although he has been caught in so many lies. Just look at the history of the Mullen press releases.

What exactly is Romeo transferring and no generalities such as the following:

"Mullen” or the “Company”), an emerging electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, today announces the purchase of battery pack production assets from Romeo Power for approximately $3.5 million. The deal includes equipment, inventory and intellectual property for high volume EV (electric vehicle) battery pack and module production."

What equipment, inventory and more importantly what intellectual property such as patent numbers...

Did Mullen purchase this from Nikola and if so why didn't Michery state that.

This is more pumping nonsense.
