Just spoke to Ron Bruce he has international experiance in
constructing these homes.
Phoenix has 40 of these units going up and will be completed
by the end of May.
The basic units cost between 115k - 120k
In the next two weeks 2 of these houses are going up in Mississippi and 6 are going up in New Orleans.
