It took me a long time to embrace the old adage “don’t try to catch falling knives”. You want to buy something that is in a demonstrated uptrend. But watch out if something moves up more than 30% in one day… a pullback the next day often (but not always) happens. A pull-back within an uptrend is generally a better bet than trying to get the absolute lowest price to the penny. IMHO.
