yeah its out of your control when you get a partial fill, and yes, there are NO fees for Fidelity, so it just doesnt matter.

Also I have had more conversations with Schwab and my final conclusion is that you are not "allowed" to buy Mirage through Schwab because of the warning "Warning! This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only", BUT you can reach a broker who may not be aware of that and let you slide through as happened to me once, but most of the time they will catch it. As far as when that restriction would or could be lifted, it could be never, I just dont know, maybe Mirage would need to engage a market maker and submit a formal form 211 I just dont know but I dont spend too much time thinking about it since Fidelity exists.
