JB could clear things up by updating what the corporate structure is. He could increase sales by marketing by spending money on advertising.

Yet he remains silent and we haven't seen any signs that he has spent money on marketing which includes the infamous infomercials promised.
Like OJ hunting for the killer, JB's evidence of his constructive action to increase sales is conspicuously absent.
