question - askes in general before but no one answered

SP and LP are different ?

I thought the LP was how one counted the changing (as different money was "supposedly put into F and F) and now growing value of the SP

is he saying add the two ? and they are separate (again to me the LP is the counter for Senior Preferred Shares that do not change in # of final value - so the GOV created the LP as the one place to look for how much they believe they are "still" owed ?? (would be "investment" plus any dividend owed but not paid in cash)
