BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb 22, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc.
(Pink Sheets:PRHB) is pleased to announce that they have posted a detailed study

growth equity research firm Khandaker Partners & Co., 14 Wall Street, N.Y., New
York and points to the increasing need for high purity drinking water.

The study asserts that at least 12% of United States households treat drinking
water in some fashion and that industry analysts expect the number to increase to
40% by the year 2010. It also notes that health officials estimate that 900,000
people each year become infected with waterborne disease and that the General
Accounting Office estimates that 66% of Safe Drinking Water Act violations are
not reported.

The study points to the evolution of chlorine-resistant organisms, suggesting
that the demand for high purity water by end users will continue to increase.
Pure H20 Bio-Technologies, Inc. has two patents pending for utilizing an
exclusive disinfection storage and dispensing process. In conjunction with
granular activated carbon filtration, the Company has developed a system to work
effectively against water-borne pathogens and to remove heavy metals and
