Great post that should be brought back because it never changes.
The only place this company is going is FKA.
And one of the main reasons the SEC hasn't focused on v-p-lm is because it's a personal atm for a few criminals and there isn't enough money to recover for the SEC to bother. If the SEC gets enough actual direct complaints, they will probably just do it in one of their group actions. The SEC has been on a mini tear in the last month so who knows.

v-p-lm's real work is in the presentation and window dressing that has become second nature to the scam.
