@JamesF1, what effect would you expect it to have on the price?

The only effect I can see is offers coming to the table for Buy-out at lower price than $2.40 per share (not sure what was the actual price - long time passed since I looked). So I do see a correlation between our boiler room abroad and trying to keep the share price low - for a hostile takeover.
