Yeah, and those excerpts came from what, exactly?
A prospectus filed with the SEC.
Know why?
Because they were an SEC registrant, required to file disclosures for everything they did until they were liquidated and shut down.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
