You may be right. But you've tipped your hand a bit early.



The current CEO may not even stick with this shell. Despite the BK protections which may or may not come about, depending on whether the creditors pursue it, nothing is guaranteed as far as bringing it to a place where FINRA is going to approve actions. That's still a variable that hasn't been worked out. Remember... HeliosDx was never the problem with FINRA. It was the 20 years prior that has always been the sticky wicket. Considering the massive amount of money spent on attempting to bring it up to compliance so far, which resulted in nothing but debt, I'd be skeptical at best.

On top of that variable is the question whether or not there is going to be capital enough to actually pursue any further recourse. With HeliosDx gone there is no revenue stream so how do you propose business will be moved forward from here? Who exactly will foot the next round of attorney retainers and back and forth haggling to get FINRA to change their minds? How much was wasted the first time... a quarter million? Half a million? More?


From that vantage you'd probably want to see a buyer lined up first. Motivated and verified.


But if no other buyer comes on, you're once again putting your faith in the guy that bankrupted the first company to succeed where he failed so miserably the first time. Sort of like expecting John Gochnaur to become Babe Ruth because you're letting him play a second season. Which of course is your prerogative, but I wholeheartedly disagree.


And much like poor John found out, once you've gained a reputation as the worst in history, it tends to stick around. That's the stench that RSHN carries with it on multiple social media platforms. Anyone hoping to rise from the ashes has a virtual mountain of crap to crawl out of first. Why not just start with a clean slate? imo


That being said, the bottom IS a great place to start fresh. Just don't forget why you're there to begin with.



There is still another way this could go after all...
