For injunctive relief, there has to be an establishment of clear damages ,and a resonable amount of time to show attempts at resolution before a judge would step in. Less than a month would likely not be enough time to confirm a resonable effort at settlement has taken place. If what I believe has taken place, then all the delay tactics and attempts to pierce corporate veil in an attempt to find wrong doing only support our potential case now more than ever. Again imo this case would be very detrimental to the OTCM far beyond just TXTM.
Another variable is initiating a Court case while still remaining under the OTCM's sole jurisdiction. With BRICS now obviously a part of the plan, combined with what seems likely to be an imminent listing on JSE, we are no longer "trapped"..
As I stated before this ball is in the OTXM's court now. Thier action, or inaction will determine what happens next.
