A very distressing fact for longs:

Cytodyn is waiting for the very last day of its late filing extension of 15 days to file its annual report

These extension give a maximum leeway of 15 more days to file, but no need for any firm to use all of that. It’s only a maximum.

If the extension was legit, ok they have a few things to check regarding their past auditor, and they can file 3-8 days later.

But no, Cytodyn is waiting for the very last day, the 15th day, to file

As if they wanted - they needed - to push back as late as possible the only act of transparency that they have to perform for their shareholders.

This is not good - THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL
