Biden can barely walk or talk or know where he is, which is why The Atlantic said he would have the opportunity to be diplomatic rather than make a more confident statement about his cognitive abilities. Xi is skipping the G20 partly because (A) he owns Biden and (B) he knows the compromised president can’t accomplish anything because Biden is obviously demented. The Atlantic wants you to believe that Biden is unimpeded but Biden is the most impeded President in history, that’s how you know that The Atlantic is Chinese propaganda yet it is written to brainwash leftists in the United States because it sounds like an elite wrote the article and leftists prioritize power and money over principles, anything that sounds elite to them is instantly defined in their subconscious as truth, also known as the liberal elitist mind virus.
