IMHO these FUNDS WOULD ALSO BE NON TAXABLE


A brief overview of the most common tax situations relating to the Victim's Compensation Fund as outlined by the IRS Publication 3920 is as follows: Payments distributed by the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund to victims are excluded from being taxed as gross income.


Granted this was for 911 but IMHO the same would still hold true on any such payment to a victime and we were victims
