they are foking up on behalf of all shareholders. it was a simple question " show us where trump made concerted efforts or spoke about getting them out of conservatorship when he was president' and the plaintiff lawyers was stupidly stammering than well prepared in advance for simple and legit question. he could have quoted mnuchin and others who were his lieutenant, they are the ones who carry the message.
he also failed to tell about the recent jury trial, not sure why they have not informed each court.

so far hamish is the only smart one, rest of plaintiff lawyers should be fired or save your money. don't keep losing cases and make all shareholders weaker and weaker. just filing a case doesn't cut it, need to win and do a good job. some plaintiff's would say 'you should be quet as we are the ones spending money'. that is bull , not hiring smart lawyer and keep losing cases and make everyone weaker. not smart. they should fire this guy who represented yesterday.
