& if it should be remanded for damages since pres TRUMP at the time
couldn't outright fire WATT - based on what I heard & judges challenges
they weren't convinced - the chances of remand are slim & less than slim ...
Plaintiff lawyer spinning his wheels for additional $Billing hours in legal minutiae ...

I think it was an appeal on dismissal filing.
Plenty of time for those details if it's remanded.
