TB, I've reviewed your chart in which the authorized shares were increased in May from 300m to 500m, and then from 500m to 3b in September.

Very easy to conclude that the May AS increase from 300m to 500m was enacted to fulfill relatively small short term obligations with respect to the need for issuance of common shares. However, in the spirit of logical thinking, the September AS increase from 500m to 3b would need to be for a very large future obligation.

Doesn't take a genius to conclude such an obligation would be a merger/acquisition, especially since management hinted of such. Not only would the AS need to be raised significantly for the merging/acquisition company, new shares would need the be retained by the company to maintain controlling interest.

In conclusion, this lotto play risk/reward odds are looking better and better. If and/or when an announcement is made concerning a merger/acquisition, the stock price will go parabolic.
