The CE has been on CCTL for 2 years and 6 months and Pillsworth doesn't have any credibility with the OTCM. And Pillsworth stated he a submitted the 211 to a unknown MM.

Plus, Pillsworth doesn't have any mining equipment since the 2CRSi fake deal was brought to light.
