Your wisdom and virtues are evident by the emotional complexion of your post.

there isn't any Attorney that would take the Calasse on a contingency.

This statement is so absurdly incorrect that I'm not going to address it any further.

Your most trusted guy didn't provide any legal reason why Calasse would lose the lawsuit - which is very odd for an Attorney to not be precise.

How in God's name do you know the particulars of our conversations?!? The legal language and opinions from Sharp's legal team speak for themselves... So do Calasse's for that matter. My guy is simply voicing his opinions on the information afforded him via the briefs and fillings. Hell, if he were to crunch it too technically, I wouldn't understand most of what he is talking about anyway. I am NOT and attorney, nor do I pretend to have extensive legal knowledge (unlike one gaslighting fool that I wont mention...AHEM.)

He ("My Guy") has been in the legal profession for over 40 years as a practicing attorney and has had extensive experience with all levels of the Nevada court system. Upon retiring form his practice, he has turned his attention to the insurance company that he co-founded (that insures the legal profession, namely malpractice insurance). We are talking about an individual with a mid 8 figure net worth here.... and it was most certainly not given to him.

I think I will pay attention to him.

But you have been posting for months that Calasse is going to lose

... He will, and your point??

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
