From their PR it looks like they had already applied for OTCQB listing before the current management change and before the Limited sign.

Stock is starting to show a little life the last few days as the Company does what they need to do to get current with OTC Markets.

Think this thing can see $0.05 to $0.10 over the next few months.

I am sure they have a boatload of PR to give out once they get current.
