a video by a company's CEO is official information.

It may not fit the rigor of a SEC or FDA form, yet it is official information.

For example, the CEO is legally responsible for what he said in this video (and god knows the SEC will make him pay for all his lies).

So you got this information from the lying felon that you defend every day.
The FDA is not responsible for this.
To the contrary, their warning letter specifically asks Cytodyn to better control to whom and how they disclose such information.
