The only way to prove the potential of something is to accomplish that potential.
This Company has never done that with any of its drugs....just ask the FDA.

Who declares that a Phase 2 trial is successful? You? Leo? The FDA?
Is there a list of successful Phase 2 trials that you can point me to? Of course not.

Language IS important but this is not a word game.
An unmarketed drug has not proven its potential. A drug that hasn't made it into the health care system has not achieved the desired goal of the developer.
A Phase 2 trial is successful (in the USA) if it provides adequate bases for the procession to a Phase 3 trial. IPIX has never conducted a Phase 3 trial, much less marketed a drug.
Your continual use of the terms proven and successful is deceptive.
