Guys, Charting is important, when a Stock Pierces the Upper Bolie, you will see profit taking, then it needs to hit middle bolie if strongly held, if just dumpers then it will pierce bottom bolie. There has been big accumulation over past 2 weeks and only 2 days of very low volume sells, still, what I see on Daily is that 0009 pierced the middle bolie. I am holding, it trades so thin and as far as OS Change, the BULK of those shares are restricted. WE Traders care about the UNRESTRICTED and those only went up by 43mil, still giving us a very low Floater 339,500ish million
