A buyout @ $.25+++ would be fantastic, but there are many scenarios which could be far better....licensing deal could be far better.

I never understand how anyone with a distrust in Emil would invest in VPLM... Emil gave 621mm shares + $400k++ back to shareholders.. Emil turned down an offer fro Dr. Gil Amelio, a deal which would have bought Emil out of his shares @ around $.17/share, but would have left shareholders high and dry...

it all depends on the terms of the settlement..a huge check to emil does zilch for us does it??? a buyout of all shares at .25 .35. 45. etc etc is a payout to shareholders and thats it...let the big fishes like amazon, t mobile own the patents and let them chase after all the other big fishes with teams of lawyers and bilk them...its time to close the books, ...voip with their 5 employess ride off, and we get something in a buyout..imo the best scenaro that could come..
