there are 6 requirements but the stock need not be $4 it could be $3 pr $2 but the bid must be $4
Alos there are requirements as to number of shaarholders excluding the insiders.
I don't know how to do cut and paste but go to site and look up requirements for up listing from pink sheets to NASDQ
I use Yahoo there are pages of info there also the numeber of years of profitability number of shre hodlers number of shres
etc.
