Currently, no one is willing to pay .19 or to sell at .18 ... a sort of stalemate. At some point it will break one way or the other.
The older and more stale the most recent news gets with no resolution, the more likely the next move "may" be temporarily down. But this is the Penny stock casino, so who really knows.
