That's false. You fail to understand the new OTC Rules. You actually fail at a lot of things.

It takes 2 years of audited fins in a Form 10 to get a company SEC Registered. EEGI did it. MIKP did it. CNNA is currently doing it. The past doesn't matter.

Sharp has been CEO of GVSI for over two years now so he just needs a PCAOB to audit it.

But it's better to be Alternative Reporting for the merger.
