Bookies ALWAYS win cap.....
From my experience they don't hold bets. They
lay them off so as to have a BALANCED book.
That's the purpose of "points."
They make a guaranteed 10% from the losing bets.
That is substantial, guaranteed income from every bet;
they don't gamble, they simply handicap.
