I agree billion. Looking at the chart it has consolidated nicely up here and is riding along the 13ema as support. I would say it breaks out of this range very shortly from a technical standpoint. Meaning it will break above $3 and once that happens I would expect volume to increase as well as short covering to commence.

Now that is just from a technical point of view. If any news comes out and is significant watch out for a much larger move as the stock will have both fundamental and technical strength.
