Shareholders have rights which non-shareholders do not have. That is a fact. With that said, you have every right to do whatever investigation you choose. It is natural for others to question your motives. I have done a bunch of my own research to support my decisions to buy and sell at different points in time. I know you won't answer the question on your motives and will leave it at "haters gonna hate".

I have no intention of pumping and when others ask me if they should get in, I say not unless you want to take a huge risk. The past has proven there is a possibility of success given how close MedRecycler was to going live. On the flip side, there have been numerous plans which didn't net anything to date. It will all come down one thing:

FUNDING! Everything else is just noise until that is finalized, one way or another.
