I don't understand what is going on here.

The company was informed on 3/14/23 that they were not bid price compliant with Nasdaq listing standards.
That gives them until Sept 11th (next Monday).

They must either apply for a 180 day extension or face delisting.
The only other option would be a reverse split, which does not benefit shareholders.

Four days to go and not a peep from management. WTF?
